After the first point of contact, usually we will make arrangements to come and see you at the earliest opportunity that is convenient with you. During this visit, we will discuss any ideas and wishes you may have for the funeral (such as choosing either a burial or cremation), as well as collecting all the relevant details about the deceased. We will then guide you step by step through the whole funeral process, and maintaining contact while the situation progresses.

Cofrestru marwolaeth/ Registering a death
Fel arfer, yn Lloegr ac yng Nghymru mae angen cofrestru marwolaeth o fewn pump diwrnod. Yn anffodus nid oes bosib i ni wneud hyn ar eich rhan chi. Fel arfer mae apwyntiad yn ofynnol ac mi all yr apwyntiad gymeryd rhwng hanner awr i awr i'w gwblhau. Normally, in England and Wales you must register the death within five days. Unfortunately we are unable to do this for you. Usually an appointment is required and the appointement may take between half and hour to an hour to complete. Efallai drwy hoff ganeuon/ emynau, straeon annwyl, hoff flodau a lluniau gwerthfawr, byddwn yn ceisio eu cynnwys wrth drefnu yr angladd ar eich cyfer. Mae'r opsiwn o ddarparu llyfryn Trefn Gwasanaeth i chi a'r teulu/ ffrindiau yn ffordd o gofio y diweddar ac i'w gadw ar ôl y gwasanaeth. ​
We will advise you on how to share your fond memories of the dearly departed during the funeral service. Whether it's through loved songs/ hymns, cherished family stories, favourite flowers and precious pictures, we will try our very best to include these while arranging the funeral for you. The option of providing an Order of Service booklet is also a subtle reminder of the deceased for you and your family/ friends to keep after the service.

Gofalu am yr ymadawedig yw un o'n prif flaenoriaethau wrth baratoi ar gyfer angladd. Os dymunir iddynt orffwys efo ni yn y Capel Gorffwys neu mewn lleoliad arall (megis ei cartref neu mewn Eglwys), rydym yn mwy na pharod i drefnu hyn ar eich cyfer chi.​
Caring for the deceased is one of our main priorities when it comes to preparing for a funeral. Whether you wish for them to rest with us at our Chapel of Rest or at another premises (such as their private home or a Church), we will arrange this for you.
